In 1984, putting a state-of-the-art 35mm Nikon into the hands of a 9 year old to play with may not have been an idea of fun to many people.  But, that’s what happened to Joe Schiavo. 

Encouraged creatively at an early age, a camera was seemingly always available to ‘play with’ and learn about; and that was how it started for him.  Joe left Long Island, NY at the age of 18 to see the world while in the Service.  After 4 years of travel, he landed in Phoenix, AZ; where he now calls home.

In 2004, Joe met and married his soul mate.  Together, they now own and operate their own company; the wildly popular and multifaceted Reflections Photography & Design.  With a diverse portfolio, a huge array of available services and an unrelenting passion for Photography, Joe brings a fresh, genuine, trendsetting photographic eye to the viewer while eagerly remaining a student of the game.

All of the images shot and displayed by Joe are straight out of camera with very little touch-up in editing software.
